♣ Ingredients •►
♣ For the chilas •►
• 1 1/2 cups moong dal (split green gram) with skin
• 4 green chillies, chopped
• a pinch asafoetida (hing)
• salt to taste
• oil for cooking
♣ For the stuffing •►
• 2 boiled potatoes, cut into cubes
• 1 teacup steamed green peas
• 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
• 2 green chillies, chopped
• 1 to 2 tablespoons amchur powder
• 1 tbsp oil
• salt to taste
